The staff were courteous, though some appeared more business-like than welcoming.While the location was central, the lack of outdoor seating on the balcony was a downside, limiting the overall experience. The on-site amenities, like the self-service laundromat, added convenience, but the absence of certain luxuries like a welcome drink or spa services made the experience feel more practical than indulgent.Mandala Suites offers a comfortable stay with essentials like wi-fi and air conditioning, but those seeking a more lavish experience may want to explore other options offering additional luxuries at a similar price point.
